Gindara No Saikyo-Yaki
A classic Japanese dish, Marinated Black Cod with Miso sauce.

メインディッシュ MAIN DISH
Fillet Teppanyaki Buri Fish with homemade sauce by Chef Tommy, served with Asparagus and Foie Gras.

デザート DESSERT
Homemade Signature Goma Pudding and Japanese mixed Matcha Mochi.
