How to Redeem Dining Voucher:

• No physical vouchers will be provided.
• Reservation must be made in advance to secure your booking.
• Offerings are subject to availability on the day of booking.
• Please present your payment confirmation receipt (that you received via email upon successful payment) upon arrival at the restaurant.

Holiday Passport:

• ‘Passport’ must be complete with stamps from 5 outlets to claim hamper.
• Hotel is not responsible for misplaced or lost ‘Passports’.
• Hotel outlet stamp on ‘Passport’ is subject to a minimum spend of RM 520 on a single bill during a single visit at Serena Brasserie after any applicable discounts provided.
• Hamper cannot be exchanged for cash or in kind.
• Contents of hamper cannot be exchanged.
• Hampers are subject to available stock.
• Completed, fully stamped passports are to be presented with all 5 receipts attached upon claiming hamper.
