Valentine’s Day Six-Course Dinner
Valentine’s Day Six-Course Dinner
Celebrate love with an exquisite Japanese culinary journey this Valentine’s Day weekend at Tatsu Japanese Cuisine. The specially curated six-course dinner designed to enchant the senses and create memorable moments with your loved one.
Begin your evening with the delicate Zenzai—tempura cod milt with crab meat in a light soy dashi, followed by a trio of Sushi: Toro, Tuna, and Kanpachi, chosen for their elegance and pure flavour. Warm up with Osuimono, featuring sea bream and egg tofu in light dashi, and savour Mushimono with ikura-crowned Chawan Mushi in shoyu dashi. For the main, relish our Angus Beef Roll with Yakiniku Sauce, filled with spring onion, enoki, and cheddar. Conclude with Japanese confections: Goma Pudding, Daifuku Mochi, and Matcha Mochi, each sweet bite a shared indulgence.
Each purchase includes a bottle of wine or sparkling juice and a complimentary chocolate lipstick.
