Terms & Condition
- Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday - Sunday, with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours.
- Payment is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
- In the event of unforeseeable weather conditions, traffic, or delays from our delivery partners, we will contact you by phone or email regarding the delay.
- Goods and food items will be deemed void, and the payment will be forfeited if the customer fails to pick them up in the stipulated time.
- InterContinental Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in its sole discretion for any reason. The customer will be entitled to either a full or partial refund if such modification or cancellation occurs.
- Photos are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product.
- Prices are subject to 6% prevailing Sales & Service Tax (SST).
- InterContinental Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Complimentary F&B Vouchers
- MYR 50.00 F&B vouchers – redeem with minimum spend of MYR 150.00nett.
- MYR 100.00 F&B vouchers – redeem with minimum spend of MYR 350.00nett.
- Voucher can be used for dine-in only at Serena / Tao / Tatsu
- One (1) voucher can be redeemed per dining receipt.
- Voucher validity: January 2023 to June 2023
- Voucher is not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
- The expiration date of vouchers cannot be changed or extended.
- Once the voucher has expired, it will no longer be valid and can't be redeemed. All expired vouchers are voided automatically and cannot be refunded.
- Blackout dates may apply to Public Holidays, Public Holidays Eves, and Festive Seasons.
- Vouchers are not applicable to alcoholic beverages.
- Vouchers are not applicable in conjunction with any promotional discounts or vouchers.
