Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher can be used at all dining outlets. (Not applicable for alcoholic beverages)
2. Voucher are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. Strictly no extension after the validity date.
   
3. Voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or whole.
4. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, promotions, or festive seasons.
5. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher, or be replaced after expiry. They are not legal tender, account cards, or credit or debit cards.
6. For any purchases exceeding the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card.
7. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

How to redeem?

1. To redeem the voucher, you must first make an advance reservation with Dining Reservation: +60 16-202 4623 or email: fnb.admin@ickualalumpur.com.my 
2. Kindly show the order payment receipt/voucher to the restaurant personnel for verification before ordering.
