Celebrate the Lunar New Year with Tao Chinese Cuisine’s Fortune Set menu, a thoughtfully curated nine-course menu, showcasing the finest ingredients and expert culinary techniques.

Highlights of this indulgent feast include:

• Yee Sang with Lobster Meat, Abalone & Mixed Fruits
• Steamed Cod Fish Fillet: Premium Atlantic cod paired with fresh bean curd, wan fungus, and black olives, enhanced with pickled olives and dried orange peel for a perfect balance of tangy and umami flavours.
• Steamed Giant River Prawns: Fresh prawns accompanied by Canadian sea urchins, presented in a silky chawanmushi-style base with shredded ginger to preserve the prawns’ freshness.
• Wok-Fried Wild Rice: Nutrient-rich Canadian Ice Lake wild rice stir-fried with chicken sausage, mushrooms, dried seaweed flakes, and vibrant red tobiko, offering a delightful medley of textures and tastes.
• Steamed Ninko with Roasted Soy Flour: This delicate dessert features Chinese New Year cake, made from glutinous rice flour and brown sugar, dipped in Japanese-style Kinako soy flour, offering a refined twist to a classic festive treat. This treat symbolises a prosperous and progressive year ahead.
